RETURNING AN ITEM

You can initiate a return within 3days for Official Store items and 2 days for other eligible items if you receive a wrong, damaged, defective or counterfeit item.

When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags, and accessories are left intact. 

We recommend that you keep the original carton and packaging material for a smooth and easy return.


If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.

Get your refund within 24 hours when you drop off the item at the nearest AVirtual dropoff station.

If the package was delivered to you and you requested a refund, you will need to send it back to us

If the item arrives in the same condition it was delivered to you, you will be allowed to use your already paid money to shop for another item, if that particular item you returned, is no longer in stock

If the item returned is eligible for a return, you can take another product if the returned item is no longer in stock

Why was my item redelivered to me instead of a refund?

Returned items will be redelivered to you if we cannot verify your reason for returning them. For example, a microwave returned for not powering on will be tested extensively and if the claims are right, another will be sent to you, but if during the test, it powers-on, the item will be redelivered back to you.
